I understand that they're trying to make things mobile friendly, but I really hate the setup for the Blazers schedule on Blazers.com

I just wanted to find a normal, traditional box score today. If you go to the schedule, it's an annoyingly long process to get to the box score. You have to go to the game, click "more", click "game tracker," and then you get this monstrosity.

I like the Blazers app on my phone, but when I'm looking for a box score on my computer, I want to see something like this

    http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400828057

Easy to read, easy to get the info that I want, and none of the extra crap that looks fancy but gets in the way. I get that everyone is trying to make sites that are mobile friendly, but this is too much.

I hate that ESPN still has the best box score. I only go there to check box scores (and standings), but aside from that I HATE their re-design. But NBA.com sucks, so...

Yeah but they don't give all the info. NBA.com actually has more stats on the box score.

I don't know why they have to make it so complicated. It's a box score. It's all about numbers. It doesn't need to be pretty.

I disagree - it does need to be "pretty". But pretty in terms of being simple, and easy to read at a glance. Design matters - a lot. ESPECIALLY with numbers. But NBA.com is not easy on the eyes, and I suspect that what you consider their "prettyfication" is to blame.

Did you look at the Blazers' setup? It's even worse. A LOT worse actually.

I believe it! I haven't gone to Blazers.com in years because it's AWFUL. Basically they all suck.
