Yep and since he's started for the Packers they've been to 2 Super Bowls, and won Super Bowl XXXI. Also been to 3 NFC Title Games and won 6 Divsion Titles while the Bears have started 20 Quarterbacks and with the way Grossman is playing I'm not sure if they've yet to find there guy.

Yeah, and 100s of QBs have started around the league. However, only one of them was a cheater so blatant he did it on national TV. Farves accomplishments dont even come close to stacking up against his cheating.

Every movie has controversy and this one was directed by Oliver Stone. For all you know Favre's family was being held hostage and did what he had to save them. Moment the tackle was made they were released.

Then again the guy who held the record previously was very outspoken about taking steroids so the record already had an * by it.

I love how Bears fans cant take a the obvious fact that Brett Favre is one of the best QB's in history.

2 cheaters dont make a right. Your only justification for Farve being a cheater is someone else cheated? Great defense. Glad you admit he is guilty

Never admitted anything. Until he's proven guilty by our legal system he's presumed innocent.

He is presumed innocent by our legal system. However, not by me or anyone with any common sense.

Just being as childish as your accusations. Jelousy always brings out the cheating card for some reason.

I like the Packers. I also like Brett Favre. However, Favre's naked boot that gave Strahan the record looked crooked to me. If my memory serves me correctly, it was late in the season's final regular season game and the Packers were going to the playoffs. Why would you be running a naked boot with your QB that late in the game and risk a possible injury? While I don't go as far as BF1 in thinking that this one single play overshadows Favre's entire career, it does irritate the crap out of me. Throwing Gasteneau under the bus doesn't justify it either. Taking steroids and getting QBs to lay down cheapens the sack record and takes it away from the guys who truly deserve to hold it. Guess who suffers? The Packers' own Reggie White and the Vikings' Chris Doleman who should have the record at 21 sacks in a season. Instead, idiots like Strahan and Gastineau are pushing the record so high that it's going to take forever for someone to come along and take it legitmately. If Favre laid down for Strahan, he should be ashamed for his part in cheapening the game and the benchmarks by which we judge the game's players.

If he DID lay down why does that make him a cheater? Isn't cheating something that's done to gain an advantage by breaking the rules. What did Brett have to gain from this? I don't think he laid down but I can agree that the playcall was questionable. Either way I think I've got a lot of other thinks to worry about then this. Would take someone with a pretty empty life to hang on to something so small. lol

There you go again. Cant defend what favre did so you condemn those who criticize it as having an "empty life"

Well, there are others who see an injustice and try to bring it to the attention of others. They want to see someone pay for their crimes. I am passionate about football. I saw someone blatantly cheat, and meda laugh it off as no big deal, instead of roasting him, and making it his legacy. I am not going to stop mentioning it.In fact, the way packers fans are reacting by going on all out attack on me personally makes me think that i am right, and they realize that if this were to come to light and be proven, Farve would be condemn, as he should, and banned from football and HOF

BF1 I hope you realize the last part was a joke. You've become so CSI you've gotta lighten up. I think you could take any player in the league and find an instant where he didn't give 100%. I guess then we should have no HOF

I don't know where some personally attacked you in this thread. I looked and I can't find out. I'm sure if you really do feel attacked though you can always send a pm to VF and he'll settle it for you.
