Suppan is getting $42MIL for four years? That's insane! The guy may be good, but he's not very consistent. When he was with us these past couple of seasons, he's had his fair shares of good times, but also plotted by several bad ones that really made his run with St. Louis inconsistant. What do you guys think?

Mil. has to overpay because they are a small market and don't get as much coverage as other teams. They don't really have a choice. Obviously he is overpaid but it'll probably be worth it for them

Bad signing. The guy had a nice post season/end of the year run, but he's no better than an average starter.

Haha good luck with Jeff Suppan. Have fun Brewers, paying a end of the rotation starter $42 million. When he's 7-12 with an ERA northward of 5 I'll be laughing.
