majority of Chelsea fans and some pundits go on about Chelsea are yet to play their best footbal, now nearly two-thirds of the season is gone it is realistic to feel that this is their best.

Also Uniteds blip hasnt come yet and we go on about this will come but again reality is it may not come at all.

I am not saying the title is won and who ever does is naive. But ONLY UNITED CAN LOSE THE TITLE NOW and football is ruthless sometimes, it can happen.

Spurs will be difficult and I am taking nothing for granted.

7 points is what Chelsea probably have to make up on Man Utd to win the title. That is asking a lot but looking at the remaining fixtures it isn't necessary for Man Utd to have a blip to lose the title. A defeat at Chelsea would not be a blip, that would make it 4 points.

In addition, Man Utd have to go to Spurs and Liverpool. Everton and Fulham are not easy opposition away from home and a Man City derby is unpredictable. They like Chelsea play Portsmouth. Not one of United's away games looks easy.

Chelsea on the other hand face the bottom 3 sides and Portsmouth Arsenal and Newcastle.

If Chelsea lose to Arsenal, then I think making up 7 points and needing to beat Man Utd as well would prove too much. If Chelsea beat Arsenal and Man Utd drew with Spurs and Liverpool and lost away at Chelsea, Chelsea could be champions without Man Utd having a real blip.
