Some of the favorites, in no particular order, are:
*Blazers
*Bulls
*Sonics
*Hawks
*Raptors

Which do you choose, if any?

I would put the t-wolves if they weren't runned by McHale.
Utah is still young, which makes what they accomplish last season even more impressive. They haven't even peaked.
New Orleans should warrant some consideration as well.

Utah
Bulls but only if Deng or Gordon take another jump in performance (to over 25 PPG, for example).
Seattle because they just may have gotten a Kobe type player in Durant, and they have better talent around him than Kobe does.
I'm not as high on Portland as I was around draft time. I saw their summer league team play and it dawned on me just how unathletic they are. If you look beyond the names and at who the actual players are, you might come to the same realization.
The Hawks are my dark horse team. They're stocked with talented players, lotto picks, and they have the real deal in Joe Johnson. They play in front of a lot of empty seats which has to be a real downer. If Acie Law can be a real leader at PG, they could really break out. Realize they won just 2 fewer games than Portland did last season.

Utah.
Portland maybe too. Ifthey stop going so young. They potentially have a good young core, but there is a point where you have to have some vets in there too.

Naturally, me being a raptorfan i would say raptors. However, the Blazers will have a solid core in Roy, Oden, Aldridge, andUdoka depending on howpans out next season. He had a decent season with portland and shot a real high percentage from the field.
Why are people mentioning the Hawks? Atlanta's owners won't even allow them to go over the cap, you think they'll do enough to produce a dynasty? Come on now.
I have to go with Portland, if it's gonna happen within the next 10 years or so. They have a potential dominant center who anchors the defensive side of things, a potential All-Star guard in Brandon Roy, great coach in Nate McMillan, LaMarcus Aldridge looks to have an excellent future ahead of him, they have some solid young guards, Webster has some potential, and they will have some cap space in a couple years to go out and bring in a big-time free agent. If it's gonna happen, my pick would be Portland.
EDIT: RF#1, did you just mention Ime Udoka as part of Portland's "core?" Wow, you Raptors fans overrate marginal NBA players. Delfino, Baston, now Udoka? I know Udoka did a very solid job last year when he was the only reasonable option at the 3, but come on now.

The list starts and ends with the Blazers for now. We'll see where Mayo, Rose and co. go next year though...

Out of those 3 they dont really have anyone, and he was part of the rotation last year.

QUOTE (Denny Crane)

nobody mentioned Cleveland.
Pretty obvious.

Real did.

Blazers have the most potential right now. With Oden, Aldridge, Roy as their core triangle and Frye, Jack, Webster and Outlaw as their other keys. They have the potential to be the Bulls on roids.

Portland has the only combination of a front office I trust to make the right decisions and the young talent to build a dynasty from.
