We can do it with our schedule. Let's close out these last three games and then go 20-6 after the break. I think we can reasonably fight for that. Especially if Nurk comes back.
That would be a 65 win pace over the course of a season. The best Portland has ever done is 63 wins. I'd be kind of surprised if Portland even sweeps the next 3 games. I think Miami is a bad match-up for Portland, and the B2B games at New Orleans and Memphis will be challenging Portland has an easy schedule after the break, maybe the easiest in the league. Memphis has the most difficult remaining SOS in the league. I'd be surprised if Portland doesn't catch them, probably sooner rather than later. Not sure the point of shooting for 47 wins when 41-42 will probably secure 8th seed. Unless a top-7 team completely collapses in a historic manner, the 7th seed is out of reach
Win or Lose, at this point I am watching for entertainment purposes. Give me a good show and I will be content with that for the remainder of the season.
