    Well, he was not trim to begin with. So I'm not sure the results are all that meaningful. He was probably eating less junk on the junk diet than prior to going on the junk diet.

    Makes me feel sick just reading about it. I don't care what that guy says, if you eat that crap you will feel significantly worse than if you were eating a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

    Sounds like a miserable diet to me. If you are consuming 1800 calories of pure junk food a day, you're going to constantly be hungry. That shit just isn't that filling.
