    Alright S2 fam….NERDS UNITE…@THE HCP needs your help.

    Today he starts his prep for his first adult doctors appointment. Time for Big John to get a colonoscopy !

    So it’s safe to say how scared/nervous he is. So was thinking a music playlist would help calm the nerves. Would gladly except all and every song recommendations from you guys that in a round about way have to do with ahhhhhhhh, a colonoscopy.

    He’s already got a few for example…..

    Haven’t eaten since about 8pm last night. Just fluids today. Haven’t even had the nasty drink everybody has warned me about. Thats going down tonight around 6pm.

    It's not that bad. The flushing out the body part sucks. The actual procedure though, you just go to sleep before and wake up after. You don't remember anything. You don't feel anything. During or after. Well groggy.
