It's so absolutely awful. Ever person I've seen online that says it was a good move by Dame looks like the sort of person that laughs at Schneider and Sandler's recent films. Portray yourself as a baby on a corny ad for a massive insurance company. Most actors would cringe.

Pretty much. :) I think we discussed it a week or two ago? Dames agent should be under scrutiny for getting him into this commercial( have no clue how all of that works).
The image portrayal is absolutely disgusting. CP3's crying little baby??? GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE WITH THIS COMMERCIAL...

Hah, that's probably about right, I haven't had a chance to watch much TV or check the board the last couple weeks.

Although I guess I'm going against the mainstream... it cracked me up. "You ain't got no rings!" I like that none of these guys take themselves too seriously. I thought the concept of showing the past, current, and future stars of the NBA family was cool. A passing the mantle kind of thing.

I probably shouldn't make biblical references anymore... It gets everyone confused! :smiley-svnikola:

I've worked for an insurance company for the last 24 years... boring, yes...

Gross? Not so much when you think about the guys emptying out Honey Buckets in the rain for $10/hour.

When I'm feeling down about being stuck, working from home in my jammies three days a week, I think about those Honey Bucketers and it always perks me up.

It's all perspective. Dame isn't Honey Buckets. I have no issue with insurance companies per we and certainly no issue with those that work for them in the slightest. I just think if your contract is for 100 million you shouldn't be doing dopey ads for big business. Do something that matters more (and that's coming from a conservative ha ha).

What's the point in him making dopey ads for a big company? Money or a laugh I guess, but this ad is so far from funny.

    I HATE that fucking ad...

I get Dame's portrayal of a baby being outright stupid...

But DeAndre Jordan's agent should be straight up FIRED.

Donald Trump should show up at their next meeting and do it Apprentice style..

Trump should play 6 rounds of Russian Roulette with himself.

I hope they paid they enough money to make them forget how corny they look. But DeAndre should be most angry.... they can't find him a better number to wear? He's much more attractive than that!

Dame was given the role of the baby because:
    A) he's the youngest of the point guards in their "assists" campaign;
    B) he's by far the best actor in the commercial. Look at the emotional range he displays between his two lines, and then afterwards just in his facial expression.

Yes, but for not telling him that the Clippers are DONE. He should have gone to Dallas.
