<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Jets | Team could have interest in T. GonzalezSun, 29 Oct 2006 10:07:21 -0800Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the New York Jets could have an interest in Kansas City Chiefs TE Tony Gonzalez if he becomes available as a free agent after the 2006 season. Gonzalez has held contract talks with the Chiefs, but he admitted both sides were far apart in their proposals.</div>He might be getting older, but he's still one of the best TE's in the game. Him and Baker would be a sweet tandem as both can block and have hands. (and Tony G is Tony G when allowed to run routes)

Don't get your hopes up, that's not going to happen. The Jets won't pay him and he won't even leave the chiefs.
