He is doing something that has no power to do He looks like a dictator of a 3rd world country. Here in the US, he needs permission to send in troops or secret police. He can't over ride mayors or Governors. The Trumpers of the Republican party will not do anything to stop him Notice he will be sending in secret police to just the states and or cities ran by Democrats. Many of the Republican led states and cities have protesters as well. He is doing this to impress his base.
