Today, the Times followed up with another blockbuster report revealing that Trump Jr. took a second Trump Tower meeting before the election—this time, with an Israeli social media specialist, an emissary of two Arab crown princes, and Erik Prince, the founder of Blackwater, a private military company now called Academi. The purpose of the meeting was to offer help for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, and it took place three months before the election, the Times reports. The Israeli social media specialist, Joel Zamel, had drawn up a “multimillion-dollar proposal for a social media manipulation effort,” while the emissary, George Nader, told Trump Jr. that the crown princes of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates were “eager to help” Donald Trump win the 2016 election. Using private contractors to secretly spy in foreign countries was started by Obama. Both the CIA and our military intelegence operating in foreign countries have their hands tied by two different set of USA regulations. These different regulations are why the military is in charge of operations in Afganistan & Iraq. While the CIA is in charge of military operations in Packistan. The reason I mention this is whenever Obama wanted to get around these regulation, such as he did in Packistan, private contractors where used to gather info and help with operations. We probably would not have caught Bin Laden without the secret work the private contractors did. There a lot more to this story, but typing on a cell phone is not easy for me.

You are probably correct. However. What has change is. The CIA eliminated most of there foreing country spies. They now depend mostly on satellite and electronic intelegence. Rather than trying to rebuild in country spy networks. They now farm that work out to private contracting companies.
