The beggining isn't too important, we all know and saw this horrible loss however when it gets to Brendan Haywood it is interesting. He has gotten very little playing time in the past couple of games and now it seems as though he's furstrated. Instead of going to Haywood in the clutch Eddie has time after time trusted Micheal Ruffin more than him. This is ridiculous, Eddie can not continue to do this, If Brendan isn't going to get playing time then you will never give him the chance to evolve his game. He has played so little the past couple of weeks that he has completely lost the NBA groove.

Brendan is furstrated apparently. After playing for about 30 seconds in the fourth he was instantly taken out. Brendan is more valuable than Ruffin or Etan Thomas, get that in your head Eddie. If you're not going to play him then he can't prove himself. It seems that their have been tons of issues with Haywood this year. It's getting ridiculous, Eddie doesn't trust Brendan and Etan/Brendan have chemistry issues. As much as I'd rather let Etan go and I believe that Brendan could have been a 10/10 guy if he got more playing time, It seems as though this is happening way too much. I personally believe Haywood will ask for a trade this off-season or we will deal him anyways.

Ya this shows your good team chemistry your always talking about. Ive never liked Haywood's attitude, if I remember correctly, he got into an altercation with a teammate a couple years back, which is a definite negative no matter what you say, a team is a team, stick together.

:no3: You have no idea what you're talking about. I can't believe you've never realized all the antics the Wizards make up in their free time. Their nicknames for each other. Where do you think DeShawn's "Stealth" came from. Gilberts "Hibachi" was made up by Haywood. They're friends and sometimes emotions do get the better of someone. Etan and Haywood are really the only two players on this team that have problems with each other everyone else is great friends. The reason I'm suggesting trading Haywood is not his problems with the team but his problems with coaching/management.

Didn't Haywood have problems with the team before? Maybe its Eddie, I don't really like the way he handles his players in the first place, I'm not the biggest fan of him. Oh well, as long as the Wizards chemistry isn't disrupted, I think we'll be fine.

It will have an effect on chemistry, we're changing our post prescence near the end of the year going into the playoffs. Haywood has only had problems with Etan, he gets along with everyone else great. You're far from alone, not alot of Wiz fans like Eddie.

I think they should trade or otherwise get rid of Etan Thomas. He has been productive lately but when he starts, the Wizards lose, almost all of the time. They should try to go over Chris Wilcox - his 27 points and 22 rebounds against the Wizards are exactly the kind of production needed from that position.Etan and Haywood have had issues that affect total team chemistry. Based on winning percentage, Brendan is the one to keep. Plus he is a real 7 footer.

I would much rather keep Brendan than Etan. Haywood is a smarter basketball player, has more athletecism, and as you said a true 7 footer. However, Brendan and Eddie's relationship is very weak while Eddie loves Etan. I seriousely can't see Brendan returning after this season and all that has occured.

BTW, Wizards pursused Wilcox last off-season but he was asking for too much money.

Man, Wilcox would have been worth it! 27 points, 22 rebounds. How good would the Wizards be if they had that going for them every night.
