Obviously the schedule looks good and we have to take advantage and not have any let downs. There is only one B2B and no 4 games in 5 nights. A few times we even have 3 or 4 days off. Some of these games are the types of silly losses that cost us HCA last year so hopefully this year we recognize that and buckle down. So what say you? How will we do? 12-26 vs PHI 12-28 vs NYK 12-30 vs TOR 01-03 vs ATL 01-05 vs LAL 01-08 vs MIA 01-10 vs ORL 01-11 @ LAL (B2B) 01-14 vs LAC 01-16 @ SAS
Not sure about the next 10, but playing 7 in a row at home is a rarity. They really need to go 6-1 at the least. But 5-2 is very possible if they come out complacent.
I hate this next 10. Bad teams surrounding good teams is such a bad mix. I worry our team will focus on winning the good teams and over-look the bad ones. Hopefully our team is focused and takes all games seriously because this next ten has trap games all over the place. I would be happy with a 7-3 record, losing to SAS on the road, losing one of the trap games and losing against Atlanta or TOR
In the philly game thread I said 5-2 in the 7 game homestand... just fear a couple letdowns. I'll say 7-3.
Yeah, I feel like 7-3 or 8-2 is the right mix... we're playing .766 ball now, so it feels right. There's going to be at least one game we'll be pissed off about losing.
We should be favored in the first 9. Nice rest before the ATL and LAC games. I think 32-7 going back to San Antonio is perfectly realistic.
Raptors are no joke, dangerous game. Atlanta is no joke either but I'm less concerned about them, than I am the Raptors... Lakers seem to always play well against the Blazers -.- I don't think the spurs will lose 3 in a row against the Blazers. Blazers should go 8-2 but I'm more worried about this trip than I was the last trip.
