Watch out for the Chiefs.
It sure looks like those "Hard Knocks" are going to last all season.

QUOTE (GMJigga)

I think Brady Quinn is the best QB on that team, so I'm holding on to each week he doesn't start.

Aint that like being the worlds smartest blonde?

Well he is a rookie, but he's been a spark for that team in the preason (relatively). So based on that I'm saying he's their best shot. I do think he could win them two or three more games than if he rides the pine all season.
I just cannot believe how the Browns won that game against the Bengals. Carson Palmer had 400+ yards and 6 TD's and they lost. If we see this offense out of the Browns a couple times during the season I'll have to get this thread changed to "The Official Ray Rice Watch Thread"

The Cincy defense is truly horrific.

Wow what a game today! Lets buy the Raiders a beer or something... who knows how important that blocked FG could be to the future of this franchise.

Well after today I'd say we can kiss bye-bye to DMac. If beating the Bengals wasn't enough, a win today and a narrow loss at Oakland last week has lead me to believe that they'll be a middle-of-the-pack team. So who should we look at now?
Hopefully they peter out, and we can still nab Desean Jackson with the Browns pick, and maybe Ray Rice with our 2nd first? I don't see us paying JJ any more money after this year, and Rice has impressed me more than Steve Slaton in his ability to run between the tackles and outside.
Antoine Cason is also another option with that first 1st rounder. Then maybe DJ Hall in the 2nd round?

If you watch more than the USF game, Slaton is a lot better runner on the perimeter than Rice because of his speed. USF just has the formula. Only school that has been able to stop him. Rice is more of a between the tackles guy, lacks elite speed. Both will probably have to prove a lot to be more than complimentary pieces in the NFL.. Looking more like 2nd rd picks now.

I'd say the Cowboys need a between the tackles guy, just look at how Julius Jones is somewhat-floundering. Rice is a guy who will push the pile for a couple extra yards, and makes ridiculous cuts in the middle. Either way it looks like Marion is starting next year (if not this year at some time)
