Yes!!!!! The greatest playoffs of them all, for the greatest trophy of them all. For those new to the sport, here are a few things you won't see. 1. You won't see anyone taking a rest on defense. 2. Speakung of rest. Nope, not in hockey. 3. People putting their head down because it will get taken off by a 6'6" 250 lb defenseman. 4. Boring announcers. Things you will see. 1. Guys standing on their head to stop a team from scoring. 2. Guys LITERALLY giving up their body for the good ofvthe team. 3. Passion. 4. EPIC beards
It's a shame this isn't getting any attention. The Stanley Cup playoffs have been phenomenal. More differences between NHL and NBA.... Blake Griffin hurt his big toe and is out for the playoffs. Erik Karlsson, of Ottowa, has two hairline fractures in his left heal, and hasn't missed a playoff game. He is getting shots for the pain.
So good to see Canadian teams doing well again. My brother is huge into hockey so I've watched three or four matches this year. Blows me away that we don't have an NHL team here. (and that's all it blows.)
