Re: The official 'The Contender' Thread The first 2 fights in the 2 hour premier were nice fights.This last one though with the mexican guy and Gary I think thats his name... wasn't that great. White guy threw knockout punches every time, didn't work his jab, could've caught the mexican with uppercuts all night if he would of used it. And the mexican guy said he wanted Clark in the premier, WOW Clark would've dominated him. He has no boxing skills.Cool show.

Re: The official 'The Contender' Thread I've started watching it and it'san awesome show....i've noticed that the cockiest guys (mike and torres) lost their fights. It's like the underdogs keep winning...except in the 2nd fight.

Re: The official 'The Contender' Thread The show is a pathetic copy of The Ultimate Fighter. The fights are not nearly as good as T.U.F. nor is it as entertaining as watching T.U.F. I recommend to some of you guys to watch The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV, Thursdays at 10 PM E.T. It's a great reality show, based on the UFC. You can find more info anywhere on the net.
