Go ahead and use this topic to bitch about a specific player or their performance on any given night for the 2010-11 season! I'll start: Luke Babbitt looked terrible sitting on the bench tonight! Have at it gents.
Yah we're winning, but we aren't winning by enough. We should be dominating every quarter of play or we have no hope in the playoffs!
I'm a bit distressed that our two wins have come via 2 4th quarter runs of 18-1 and 15-0. It would be nice if we could win without having to depend on a late flurry. That said, it is kind of reminiscent of a couple years ago (when it seemed every win was a 4th quarter comeback), and our bigs not being healthy is obviously a contributing factor, and regardless of how they're happening, they're still wins... Man, I suck at this thread!!
Why isn't Roy averaging 25/10/10/5. He is obviously the weak link on the team so we should get rid of him for a bad draft pick while his value is high. SG are dime a dozen and Roy isn't anything special so Wes or Rudy should be up to par taking his minutes.
These technical fouls are ridiculous. A player waits to see what the call is, because it could go either way, Then he gets a T for being Surprised with the call! What a crock.
I'm frustrated that the hot blond cheerleader on the left isn't getting nearly the face time as the retard skinny Will Farrel guy.
The Elephant in the room is that Roy is holding the team back. If only he hadn't dominated the ball near the end of the first half other players could have gotten involved.
I'm pissed that we're only undefeated, with a perfect record at home and on the road and leading the Western conference with win total and I'm EXTREMELY disappointed that Batum is only carrying a 30+ PER after two games. Yeah, I think that's it. Whew! Glad to get that off my chest it's been really gettin to me, holding that inside.
Yeah, but actually I wouldn't mind if all of them came forward and the fratboys got sent to the back.
We've won every game by double digits, but we haven't won every quarter. That's concerning. If we look at each quarter as its own "match," Portland's record doesn't look so good. It's arbitrary (and fortunate for us) that only the results of every 4 of those "matches" are counted in the results. As far as I'm concerned, the team's record is more luck (of the kind I just detailed) than anything else. Once the team is routinely winning nearly every quarter-match, I'll feel comforted.
