The only dissappointing thing this season is that Scottie Pippen retired and didnt finish his career with a playoff run this season. In my view anyway.
I don't really know if that's a disappointment. Sure, it would have been nice to have his veteran leadership and see his career go out on a good note, but everything happens for reason. Cause quite frankly, you never know if the Bulls would be this good if he would have been here. It might have also limited the progression of Deng cause he could have taken his minutes away from him. So, despite him not going out with a playoff run, I think him retiring could have been a good thing in a roundabout way. Personally, to me, the only bad thing about this season was the 0-9 start. But that seems like it could have been a good omen, cause since that, nothing bad has really happened. That 0-9 start could be the best thing that's happened to them because it might have brought them together and made them that much more determined to make something of what could have potentially been one of the worst seasons the Bulls have ever experienced.
