are the refs. We're a better team, playing at home with an energized crowd the likes doesn't exist in the rest of the NBA.
No Joey Crawford, no Ed Malloy, no Bennie Salvetore, no Scott Foster, no Tony Brothers. We should be ok tonight with the refs.
I fear one thing and one thing only: Its the end of Q4, LA on the line and we are tied, 1 more to shoot at the stripe and then Joey rushes the floor from the opposite side out of the stands screaming at the scorers table about some phantom problem with the board. Shit kept me up all night.
Just don't stare at him with malicious intent (Sheed) or you'll get tossed. He's also the guy Van Exel pushed and he said "are you stupid" or something similar back to NVE. But overall, he hasn't been a thorn in our side like others have. The NVE thing happened when he played for the Lakers, not PDX.
Bullshit. The refs can only affect the game at its margins. Anything else would be far too obvious. We have control of the game if we're agressive and we don't bark at the refs. Just play our game, but play it at 100%. I think the Rockets have marginally better individual talent and we work marginally better as a team. Those individuals on the Rockets have picked up their game, especially on the defensive end. We need to match that agressiveness.
Towels are set! Grrr. Guess I don't know how to do it. Anyone have an orientation on how to use this siite>
As long as lma is hitting shots early things should go well. They kind of relaxed on him and he got some open shots in game 5 that weren't falling. Lma has only scored under double digits twice this season, game 5 was one of those times. I think you've got to expect him to come out and have a quality bounce back game.
