I'm watching the Wiz and Cavs, a bit of the Spurs and Kings, and I'm out for the night. I'm rooting for the Nuggets to win against LA, I don't really care who wins any of the other matchups.

Wow, Andres Nocioni is a pretty retarded kid. Talk about bad shots...his name isn't Reggie Miller or Michael Jordan for a reason.

I guess I'm relegated to rooting for Milwaukee and Indiana this round. Indiana because I've always been a fan and Milwaukee because you gotta support the Canadian. Sucks that Magloire is getting BS playing time though.

Who are you guys personally going for and why?

I really want the Lakers to steal the series from the Suns; but I'm aware that they probably won't. And be aware that if they steal this series, all hell is going to break loose EVERYWHERE with the bandwagon Kobe/Lakers fans. Furthermore, it would set up the chance for a Clippers/Lakers 2nd round series and the NBA would be getting atleast a million more casual fans tuning in so it's a win win situation for the league [IMG]

Buttt...I want Nash to succeed as well, so it's kind of a confliction. I believe New Jersey and Detroit will meet up in the East finals with New Jersey losing in 5 games.

The West is a little tougher to predict but in the end I really believe it will be Phoenix and San Antonio in the finals with San Antonio naturally prevailing.

By the way, did you see the Spurs DOMINATE the Kings today? And this was supposed to be the team that "no one in the West would want to play?"
Gimme a break, they lost by as much as 37 on Game 1.
Spurs will sweep this series, you can put me down for that.

I'm with Locke on this one. I want a Milwaukee/Phoenix final just because of the Canadians. For pure interest, a Detroit/Dallas final would be a great series.

I'm rooting for Vince and the Nets just because they're a great team to watch. I also like the Bulls, except for whatever Scott Skiles drew up on that last play that had Nocioni shooting a 3 with the whole Heat team on him...

I don't want to see Milwaukee in the finals; not a big fan of Jamaal.

Due to the fact that despite being the sixth seed the Clippers hold a better record than the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets are just ranked higher due to winning their division.

Down 4, 40 seconds to go, Kobe drives gets a hammer-slap from Tim Thomas that caused a bumb on his forehead, and the refs swollow their whistle. While two hours earlier, they called a foul for Anthony Johnson because he got slightly touched.
