The Spurs "Make a Wish" Foundation

Is it just me or do the Spurs seem to be running some type of charity gig on the court with weak (and I mean SEVERELY weak) teams? The didn't lose tonight thank God, but that game against Portland (PORTLAND!) was way too close than it should have been. It all started midway in the 1st quarter. The Spurs were up 10 and well on their way to dealing out a royal whomping when suddenly they just stopped playing for a bit. It was as if they went to the bench, collectively said "Wow, these guys really suck", and then decided to make their dreams come true. *Insert cheesy music and some chick with a sleepy sexy voice narrates*: The Spurs "Make a Wish" Foundation. Where weak *** teams can come out and actually give the defending world champions a fight. They are given the chance to defend and make intelligent plays just like the Spurs do for one whole night. They also get to hear their crowds actually cheer them on almost as if they're headed for the finals as they pick off horrible passes and make incredibly cheesy dunks after the whistle. And all of this made possible by your favorite boys in black, the San Antonio Spurs. Bless their hearts for doing that if it's the case but as a fan I gotta say "COME ON!"
