There had been some questions as to how this game would be handled because of the date and proximity to NYC. Scarletknights.com released the game preview today: I really wish I had a ticket for this game right now. Should be a great experience for those in attendance. And remember, Thursdays were made for Rutgers . . . I have to drive down 287 from Exit 13 to Exit 1 at 10:00 or so. How much traffic is there going to be from this game?
Today, most of our town's power went out, randomly, at ~6:15 AM. There some people (students AND parents) who thought it possibly could have been a terrorist attack. What the fuck?
Pass deflected. My cousin is a freshman this year (he also lives in Edison). Hopefully I can talk him into taking me into a game I don't think my friend doesn't have any relatives in Rutgers.
The stadium is bigger and this game is sold out. Who are these fans? Rutgers isn't a great story this year and this is certainly not college football country.
There are only 7,500 student tickets, I think. I'm not sure of the exact number, but it's somewhere around there. Games sell out quick; I didn't get a ticket for tonight's game (obviously). I think our offense is allergic to the opponents side of the field. Seriously, wtf? Put Chris Paul-Etienne in. UNC probably has no idea who he is.
I had class at 5:15 on Douglas. Traffic was so bad that I didn't make it to the building until after the class was over. Calc II isn't important anyway. Next time we have a weeknight game, I'm leaving for class 3 hours early. It's ridiculous how delayed the buses get.
i had a class on douglass at 550 with a resesatation (sp?) right after. Good thing I live on Douglass lol. But I hate the buses I have a lab on Wendsday night it sucks.
