There are a few scenarios that could cause the extinction of every living thing, but a supervolcano eruption isn't one of them. Besides which, the matter of time before it erupts could be on the order of tens of thousands of years. Or, sure, it could be tomorrow. In any case, I really think you should be trying your hardest to get the president to answer questions about Freeza or whoever.

The super volcano is capable of putting out poison gas, that could cover the whole globe and block the sun, for a very long time. With that the plants will die, the water would disappear, and you get the picture. Experts have said, we're long over due for another eruption. A super Volcano has been blamed for the extinction of Dinosours, and there was an instance where a Super volcano erupted in Indonesia and it killed 90% of the human population, there was only 30 females to reproduce with in the WHOLE world.

Do you also worry about getting hit by that spy satellite that fell out of orbit? Just worry about your own life and this volcano thing will probably explode in a thousand years after everyone you ever met is gone.
Well, in this book I read it says the world will end soon... Ok Ok I didnt actually read all of it, and sometimes someone reads it to me.
