The deal extends his tenure with the club for another three and a half seasons. Walcott joins Carl Jenkinson, Aaron Ramsey, Jack Wilshere, Kieran Gibbs, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, homegrown players who have all signed new contracts this season.
Good to see that Man City hasn't affected the salaries of players across the league too badly... £90-100k for Walcott is a fortune given his inconsistent play but imagine what he'd be getting at City? £180k?
