ok ok, i'm not attacking the seahawks but in Australia, we get the chance to view the monday night football pre-season games. and after watching the seahawks host the dallas game, can the seahawks catch the ball?DAL @ SEA 4th quarterdefensivley also dallas QB Romo practicly threw the ball to a seattle safety, who mind you had no dallas offensive players around him, and he managed to drop an easy pick. On the offense, seattle QB Greene threw terrific passes to open WR and they lost control to easily. the only pressure I saw Greene have was DB J. Beriault applying absolute pressure by flushing Greene out. I know its pre season but You need to be able to catch the ball, especially in a close scoring 4th quarter.
Hi Mate, we In england also got that game and i couldnt agree with you more, they really do need to start catching the football, they dropped passes without any pressure, it wasnt like the ball was being thrown behind them o anything a lot of the time, it was on the money!!
The Sweahawks WR's always have problems with catching the football. I live near Seattle, and I've been to numerous Seattle games, and boy it sure seems like they need some kind of glue. I think they led the NFL in drops last season, thats horrible, and very embaressing, they better get their act togeather.
If you think about it, they don't even have a solid go-to reciever. Engram? Robinson? Not a very good core at all...
Koren Robinson doesn't play for them, he got released. And their go to receiver is Darrell Jackson who had a great 87 receptions, 1199 receiving yards, 13.8 receiving average, and 7 touchdowns.
Those wern't starters...so far our starters have held on to the ball better than they have in the last few years. Those guys probably won't make the team...
they arent a very strong recieving team they are moslty alexander running that ball but that was mostly the back ups.
