#1) The Atlanta Falcons will trade the 3rd pick, 37th pick, and 48th pick to the Miami Dolphins for the 1st pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. The Falcons will select Matt Ryan. You just dont pass on your chance to get your franchise QB when you can and that package is a cheap one for that type of move. #2) The Dolphins will select Chris Long with the 3rd overal pick #3) Jason Taylor will be traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 58th and 125th selections in the 2008 NFL Draft. #4) Bill Parcells will use the volume of picks he has to rebuild the franchise in a hurry. The Dolphins will select 3rd, 32nd, 37th, 48th, 57th, 58th, 64th, 100th, 125th, 195th, 204th, 208th, and 245th
Whether anxiousness, anticipation, excitement, or giddy speculation over rumor, call it a "funny feeling" that the Cowboys will trade for Roy Williams.
1) Matt Ryan isn't worth trading up for. 2) It would be better for Atlanta to laugh at Miami or St. Louis taking Matt Ryan 3) Then again, this is the Falcons
If Beef's scenario plays out, I am real curious to see what happens w/ all the 2nd picks. The draft starts 8 a.m. local on Sunday so unless I take a nap I will be real cranky on Monday. I might be anyway if Parcells starts imitating Matt Millen.

Since you brought it up though, please prove the Falcons don't have a bad draft record. Last 10 years will do.
Why would the Falcons trade up and give up two picks of value when they can just take Matt Ryan at third anyway?
well ever since McKay has come in Jamaal Anderson- Solid pick Justin Blaylock- great pick Chris Houston-Good pick Stephen Nichols-Solid pick Jimmy Williams- Nice Pick Jerious Norwood- Great pick Roddy White- Good pick Jonathan Babineaux- Good pick and I don't feel like going through the rest. But they've been solid.

I said since Mckay came in which was in 2004. In the 2004 draft he picked DeAnglo Hall Michael Jenkins Matt Schaub

It's a bluff, and Atlanta can call that bluff, and still draft Matt Ryan at #3. Besides, #3 would be stupid to give up so much to move 2 spots. They are already in great shape sitting there with a #3 pick, with plenty of options available. Likelihood of this one happening = not very damn likely. #2 - see #1 above. If this were to happen, the Raider fans across the Nation would declare war on Miami. They don't want that, so they won't even try to pull a stunt like that.
I dont think anyone in Miami is worried about Raiders fans declaring anything against them....how scared can you be of guys that dress up like Darth Vader and worship Skeletor?

It's the "rabid" fans of that other team in Nor Cal. lol.
Not really....I preffered a trade becuase they have a lot of needs, but Im happy with the player they will now take at #1
