Yeah, but how many birds died because of the solar panels?

Who will think of the birds!?

I wish they would figure out a way to make it more affordable to install solar on homes.

    Master planned community! :NOTMARIS:

I'd really like to buy into a master planned community, they seem nicer, more secure, etc.

I'm not gonna buy in California. If I were, I'd never go Irvine...Mission Viejo seemed good, you have access to a private lake and the community seemed good out there.

Was looking at either Summerlin in Vegas or Skye Canyon. But I've kind of soured on vegas lately, so maybe Dallas area. Who knows.

This is a new trend, they have lagoons that look like tropical islands as an amenity.

Yeah, doesn't seem as fun as California. People are nicer though

Reminds me a lot of Brasada Ranch right outside of Bend.

I know you're joking, but I am pretty sure in the article they mentioned having Tesla Power Walls. Plus they are still connected to the grid, just not 100% reliant on it iirc from what I read in the article the other day.

DeSantis will have that solar stuff forcibly removed now. They should have kept their mouths shut.
