Don't worry. Our President is so likeable and persuasive, the NOK's will bend to Obama's wishes.

I dunno....Kim Jong isn't Muslim, so I don't know if the cross-over potential is there.

Has the President claimed to have read Juche texts, or quoted them in his speeches? There could be rapport there!

President Obama has lived in Indonesia, a country under the thumb of the Imperialist United States. He can relate to Our Dear Leader.

I've lost a lot of faith in Obama.

NK is openly threatening the US and he hasn't said shit about it.

You best believe Bush would call them mother fuckers out.

That could very possibly be true. And with Bush being quick on the war button . . . we could very well be at war with NK.

I don't know which method would be better (Obama v. Bush) but scary how different the consequenses could be . .. I guess that voting thing was a big deal :D

I'm not so big on the war thing, but I don't like how Obama hasn't stood up for this country yet. That is one thing I liked about Bush. He didn't let other countries shit on our image.

Since when hasn't North Korea threatened the US? This is nothing new. They have been doing the same shit the last 50 years. Only the last 10 has the nuclear issue came up.

Secondly, techincally we are still at war with them. We are only at a ceasefire. Oh they will declare war on us? Were already at war retard. Try paying attention to current events sometime.

Lastly, negotiations should always be used until last resort has to be applied. In order to win a war in such a situation, you need the backing of many countries to not put it all on our back. Those allies approve of diplomacy before having to be reduced to shooting. So do we. I don't believe anybody should be killed unless they have to be. But if we have to, no fucking around. Finish them off this time. Colin Powell doctrine, massive overwhelming force.

Lastly, maybe just the thing would be to make an example of a country threatening us with a nuclear program. Maybe if just one of them was turned into a field of glass, then the rest of this shit from countries like Iran would stop.

Obama's showing some tact. People called him out for not fully condemning Iran for their brutal actions following their election, but what he did was prevent the Iranian government from using the US as a scapegoat to placate the protesters.

Similarly, he knows that harshly worded statements really don't mean anything with North Korea. This long truce is littered with condemnations and threats from both sides, and at the end, we've seen very little over the last few years. The US is capable of preventing any missile attack from creating any harm, and Obama knows that NK is using the threat of nuclear missiles as a bargaining chip more than an actual weapon. The moment they fire one at a country, they're literally F'd from all sides.

Screw it. I say we give them some old technology. Some of those 1960's nukes. See if they have the balls to use them. I'm tired of idle threats. Throw down!

Our tactical problem with N. Korea is that the border is 10 miles from Seoul. That's close enough for a lot of basic conventional weapons to reach, and N. Korea has plenty of those.
