i know this is gonna sound really stupid but how do i obtain an avatar. every logo i find is over 60 pixels and i cant load it as my avatar...can anyone help me?

By my calculation, we needs reps from the entire NFC West & AFC South as well as the bills, Chargers, Browns, & Redskins. If we can get TD & gogo back as well as Zack, Bucs40etrain then we'll have ALL teams accounted for.
