or they could easily start 0-5 with the schedule they have. Entirely too many vets have looked like crap all pre-season.
Lundqvist does not look too sharp so far. Of course it dosen't help when you have people standing flatfooted watching the puck around you. Hopefully they start to realize Boyle and Pyatt are weighing the team down even more and do something with them. Staal and Fast were the only competent ones last night, a guy who's played all of one NHL game.
I've been excited about Fast for some time. I thought he would be a perfect fit with Hagelin and possibly in the future a swede line of Hagelin-Lindberg-Fast. AV was already pushing for a big trade. My guess is if the team gets off to a slow start, he may try to bring in some of his guys over in Vancouver.
