not likely but how cool would it be to see the team rally around rj and vince and make the playoffs and just play better. i know its not gonna happen but it'd be a surprise

Why don't you think it will happen? You got rid of Antoine Wright and Malik Allen, and a 35% FG shooter who gave a half-assed effort.

There's the Ewing Theory and now the Tiki Theory, could we get a little Kidd Theory going?

I like Harris only problem is defense. We need to trade one of our big for shooter or defesive stopper. Im in love with this trade it makes us younger a lot.

I'm rooting for it. I fantasize about Nenad all of a sudden playing the way we all envisioned and a Nets/Mavs Finals with the Nets winning and Kidd miserable.

We actually have a bench now, if we keep Stack.

As much motivation as Kidd would have to win I think Carter, RJ, Harris and Stackhouse would have more.

Unfortunately I think the Mavs are going to be bad now and won't be able to meet us there. [IMG]

Good. At least the picks won't be useless.

Who will win a team more games, right now, a half-assing Jason Kidd, or (injured) Devin Harris, Stackhouse, Diop, and Ager?

Overall, I like this trade, but I don't see us getting better this year.

    That would be awesome!

Also, I'm rooting for a rally by the remaining Nets as well. They certainly have the talent to do so, and now without a malcontent in the lockerroom and their heads.

I don't think that was the purpose of the trade...we're looking forward to the fuuuuttuuuure now.
