I like Chase Budinger as a sleeper out of the bottom ten. He kind of reminds me of Shane Battier. Seems like he'll never be great but could be a good role player for 10-15 years.

I'm rooting for co-ROY with Stephen Curry and Tyreke Evans. I cannot argue with 20 ppg, 5 apg, 5 rpg for Tyreke. Only Jordan, Robertson and James did it. But Curry went 17-5-4 and 43% from 3-ball land and 88% from the FT line. Tyreke was horrible with 25% 3s and the standard 76% from the charity stripe.

Dang, it's Tyreke! I would've voted for him AND Stephen Curry as co-ROY, but Tyreke certainly deserved it. Good thing he doesn't have her mother's hands.

Tyreke Evans wins NBA Rookie of the Year award

By JOSH DUBOW, AP Sports Writer 52 minutes ago

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)—Tyreke Evans(notes) has won hundreds of trophies in his young basketball career and many of them seem to have lost an arm, a basketball or some other piece in his mother’s care.

Bonita Evans will have to wait to get the NBA Rookie of the Year trophy Evans won Thursday until some safeguards are in place in the home he is building her in Delaware.

“She’s broken too many,” Evans said. “I probably have 400 trophies and about a hundred of them broke. I’d come downstairs and she’d try to glue them back together but it was too late. I didn’t care about it. But the main important trophies, we’re going to put them in a glass case for her.”

Well deserved. Steph was excellent from January on. Tyreke was excellent all year.
