Hello everyone! I am new on the scene. I am a huge grizzlies fan and a pau fan! I just wanted to hear anyones thoughts on Pau Gasol. Alot of people I talk to thinks he is getting more credit than he deserves. Of course I disagree. I think he is not getting enough credit myself. HE WAS THE TOP PLAYER AT THE OLYMPICS!!! Should he stay with the Grizzlies or should West give him up! Just wanted to know your thoughts.
The NBA or the olympics aren?t the same, he has to deserve it playing with Memphis and not with Spain.
in the NBA and as a player on the Memphis Grizzlies...Pau Gasol...is awesome...i mean he gets credit throughtout the team...but i don't think he gets enough when you are talking the entire NBA...i think he is a bit underrated...i always put both him and Andre Kirelenko(sp?) is the same boat when it comes to being underrated...and in ways they remind me of the same player
Pau has signed with the grizzlies for 6 years!!! I am so excited!! He deserves all the money he can get! He is the best thing that has happened to the Grizzlies! What do you guys think?

He was always whining and getting pushed around like a ragdoll. However, he's really developed over the three years he's been here. He still whines but not as much, and he's learned how to play with his weak body and still be effective (like Kevin Garnett); he's almost mastered the hook shot. If Memphis got more media exposure and Gasol got more minutes, then he'd be a household name in my opinion. I'm glad to have him for five more years.
