I'm just wondering what you Nuggets fans think about Diawara? I've seen him play a couple of times this season, and he seems like a good, solid role player, with a nice touch from beyond the arch. I'm just wondering what you guys think his role will be in the future with this team

Yak has yet to adjust to the intensity of the NBA and it is too early to say what his career will amount to or what his role on the Nuggets will be. His inconsistency has been remarkable.

Karl gave him major minutes for awhile during the suspensions and it failed to pay off overall, although he had a couple of great games. Yak so far is a decent defender and may develop into a consistent defender and perimeter shooter.

Yak has had a couple games where he did alright from beyond the arc, but he's also gone 1-12 and 1-11 from the distance in a couple games as well. He needs to play his role and learn to get his shots in the flow of the offense. I don't really pay attention to his defense cause it seems Denver hardly plays any, but overall I've not been impressed by him.

He is a solid role player. Diawara can hit some open threes, which the Nuggets will need him to do once Melo is back. But I am mostly impressed by his defensive ability. I've seen him D up people a lot. An example is last night against the Rockets. On a couple of key plays he really made McGrady have to work for a shot.
