I had never heard of the place, but judging by these photos somebody let a good thing fall apart. And now it's gone.
I wonder if it was torched for the insurance money. That's pretty common when the economy is in the toilet for an extended period of time.

The owner was 4 years and $1.1 million behind in taxes. For him it was burn it or lose it. Now he's getting the insurance money.
