Chris Tidland withdrew from the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial after posting a 2-over-par 36-36=72, citing personal reasons. It goes in the books as just the third of 12 starts this season in which the veteran hasn't cashed. He has two top 25s, including a season-best T9 at The Honda Classic.
