The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that Khari Jones has been named the team's Offensive Coordinator. Jones joined the Ticats coaching staff in 2009 and has spent the last two seasons as Quarterbacks Coach. Last season, Kevin Glenn put together one of the best quarterback performances in team history, throwing for 5,106 yards and 33 touchdowns while completing 64.5% of his passes. "It is with much excitement that we name Khari as our new Offensive Coordinator. He has been instrumental in the development of our Quarterbacks the last two seasons. He is widely respected by both our players and coaching staff. This hiring will allow our organization to maintain the continuity needed to give our team the opportunity to be successful next season and beyond," said Head Coach Marcel Bellefeuille. As a player, Jones enjoyed a decorated eight-year CFL career that saw him earn multiple All-Star nods and a Most Outstanding Player Award in 2001.
