Just phenomenal. Playing hurt on an extremely tough course, with the exception of his back nine on Friday and his final six holes yesterday, he's played some pretty poor golf. Yet after four rounds he's still one of only two in rd figures, and tied for the lead. No one in sport gets results when they play badly like Tiger does. His last hole was incredible - to hit his tee shot into a bunker, his lay up into the rough, and still manage to put the third hole high within 15 feet was remarkable. And he's simply one of the greatest clutch putters the sport has ever seen. The mental strength of the man is out of this world. I like Mediate too, and his care free attitude will help him tomorrow.
For the record, I never said Tiger would lose the playoffs, just that he made it complicated for himself... :] Great performance with the injury.

Mediate hasn't wilted one bit under the pressure so far and another 18 holes is going to be very tough on Tiger's knee. He has started poorly in every round too and it's very possible he'll have to come from behind again. I just think that golf is a sport that can absolutely kill you if you're not right on your game, so for him to consistently be in contention when he doesn't play well just illustrates his reign over the sport. He is a freak.
Anybody watched the playoff? Mediate came back from a 3 stroke deficit and there's a hole left. I've been refreshing it at work. I never watch golf and even I find it interesting.
I only watch golf when Tiger is on top of the leader board. Very exciting game right now. Sudden Death Playoffs!

Ahh rasberries... I was hoping for a monumental upset. Congrats to Tiger though. Wins like this just make you appreciate how incredible he is to begin with.
