Denver Broncos coach John Fox on Monday called Tim Tebow a "work in progress" one day after the quarterback led his team to an improbable victory in his 2011 starting debut. Tebow overcame lots of ragged moments by throwing two touchdown passes in the final 2:44 of regulation to help the Broncos beat the winless Dolphins in overtime, 18-15.
