    Yahoo sports is reporting the Timberwolves are planning to sign Luke Ridnour to a 4-year $16 million dollar deal & trade Ramon Sessions.

    Sources say Luke Ridnour hopes to get a better offer from other teams before he decides to sign with the Timberwolves.
