Good W by the Timberwolves this afternoon at Sac-town as they beat the Kings. I wish I could have watched it, but our ABC affiliate showed the boring Mavs/Cavs game in which lot of players got technicals and couple of Cavs players got tossed. I am really disgusted. You would think ABC here would show the Timberwolves with KG and the team fighting for a playoff spot. That is disgusting. Who wants to watch a boring Mavs/Cavs matchup? I bet that game drew an 0.4

I digress. Let's talk about the game. KG was fantastic as always against the Kings. He always has his big games against the Kings and that was one of the big reasons why the Timberwolves went to the Western Conference Finals last year.

The Kandi Man was efficient as he has in recent weeks.

Latrell played well. He scored a lot and got lot of steals.

Sam has really played well since last week and today was no different.

It was good to see everyone play well. Where was that all year? It's good to see everyone producing and sharing the ball. I wish they discovered that in January. I just hope we can somehow make the playoffs with 8 games to go. They gotta run the table and it's going to be tough. One more loss and it's probably going golftime in the spring. These next few weeks gets bigger and bigger.

The effort you speak of from the Twolves is pretty much what always happens when they play the Kings.

Tommorrow is big for the Wolves Denver at Memphis reguardless of the outcome if the Wolves beat Utah then they make up a full game on somebody. And then you have Denver coming to Minny later in the week, a must win for the Timberwolves, they cant lose that game or they are probably done, honestly. So its a make or break week for the Timberwolves but guys are confident thats a good thing, you can see it on their faces. And yesterday after the game on ESPN they showed KG say something to the effects of "get ready, we coming", so they are a confident bunch coming down the stretch, the Suns lost had no effect on that even tho they ended up lossing a game because of it in the standings.

What has happened? Sam Cassell has started to play ball. He was the catalyst for our team last year, he was just always healthy, accordingly, we always had more success. Although we should be thankful he was injured earlier, and not later. We saw what happened when he left us in the playoffs last year.

Great win for Minnesota. Yep', we love killing the Kings. We have the best record in Arco Arena out of any team in the League for the past four seasons.

I was at this game, and I loved it. It was a very fun game to watch, and I though the Wolves played very well. They might not hvae pulled off that game if Sprewell hadn't performed, so he gets some credit. KG was dominating the paint with Olowokandi(even though they lost the rebound battle) and that also was a big factor. And of course Sam was huge in that win as he scored several points in a row at one point.

Ndudi Ebi was out shooting 3's about an hour before the game started....that shots not looking too good [IMG]

Also, fans were talking **** to Spree on the sidelines, he just said "whatever", and they started laughing. We yelled at them, but either way, it pisses me off that people always screw with him.

Anyway I had a lot of fun, I was there with like 8 wolves fans, and we were only like 6 rows up, and right by the Kings bench. We were yelling and got a few players attention a couple times, like Spree cuz we had his jersey and were waving it around when he got that steal at the end of the half. We also got one of our signs taken away, befcause we had a sign that said : Turn the sprinkler systems of because Grant's hair is ON FIRE. (you'll undestand if you watch Kings on the local Comcast channel)

Wow. I have sat exactly six rows behind the visiting bench before. I yelled at Jason Williams the whole game. It was a good time.

When you go to the game it is so different than on television.

The Wolves have dominated the Kings as of late. KG plays exceptionally well against them. And Spree shows up every time we play them. It should have been televised rather than Cavs Mavs game as was earlier mentioned. If we want to get in the playoffs we have to root for Memphis to lose, because i think the Nuggets are definently in now.
