Geez... Not only were the Titans $27 million OVER the salary cap before their big purge, I just read that they have $33 million in dead money (over a third of their cap) on the books. They're going to be fielding a JV squad this year, it appears... I feel bad for McNair. No wonder he was talking about retiring.
