For dsounG, went simple on this one.

 

I really hate that T-mac pic since his eyes look all retarded. In fact I have a lot of pics were his eyes are like that...lol.Simple and should look good in one of those profiles. Nic ejob.

You could easily go fix his eye in PS so it looks like he's looking straight.
