in that they each have the best stats, but since they aren't leading their teams well enough, they won't get MVP?
Speaking of T-Mac, he's tearin it up against the Heat right now. It is probably certain that T-Mac will be in the MVP running for the next several years, and he is a special player. He's only 23, so the best is yet to come, and I can only imagine what it will be. Unlike basketball, baseball is a game where one player cannot lead a whole team. You have to have a solid rotation and good defense and hitting around you. Also, the pitchers are allowed to take the opposing team's star player out by not throwing balls, even though it still does damage. Without T-Mac on that team, that team is a CBA team. He is definitely one of the top 3 MVP candidates, and I expect him to earn an MVP in the future.

To illustrate T-Mac's ability, it is the end of the 3rd and he has 37 pts on 15-27 shooting, 7 reb and 5 ast. Also, they are up by 21. That is what McGrady will do to your team. I can't say enough about this guy, he's amazing.
i know, that's y i'm not talking about kg here. the magic aren't bad, but they should be better with one of the best players in the league. (same with the texas rangers in baseball with arod)
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "B-Ball215":</div><div class="quote_post">The T-Wolves aren't as bad as the Texas Rangers.</div> Where'd you get T-Wolves from?

The magic will atleast get into the playoffs. And T-Mac isn't the highest payed player in the NBA. A-Rod gets 252 million over 10 years. The 52 million more than Manny Ramierez

yeah kg deserves to be MVP, but tmac needs to get some consideration. whenever u say MVP u always say kg, kidd, duncan, and no tmac.
Well I think T Mac is a major MVP candidate. Higher then Jason Kidd. 1. Garnett 2. Bryant 3. Duncan 4. Mcgrady 5. Kidd 6. Shaq
I don't believe that Kobe should be top 3 in MVP. His record w/o Shaq is sub .500 and even with Shaq back recently, they have been winng one, giving up one. He scores with consistency, but doesn't win with consistency. KG is the MVP definitely, because many of his teammates have been injured most of the season, and the T-Wolves rec is incredible, esp. after the All Star Break. Jason Kidd is losing ground rapidly because the way the team has been playing after the break is astounding. Tim Duncan is again one of the frontrunners, but he has help in the form of Tony Parker and Rose is stepping up his game. 1. KG 2. T-Mac 3. Tim Duncan 2 and 3 can go either way, but KG has this one in the bag.
whetrher or not he wins it, jason kidd like last year is the mvp. without him the nets are a last place team
The loss against the Cavs tonight does not help. I remember when Kidd was injured for like 2 games and the Nets did ok. I believe (could be wrong) that they beat the Sonics in OT in one of those games.
without kg the timberwolves are a last place team too and without tmac the magic are a last place team all these guys could get it
Magic are horrible without tmac, they have no offense. they won the only game that i can remember without him, mike miller had to score 30 pts and get 19 boards and hit game winning shot to hold on the heat at home. (should have been a blowout) they only scored like 69 or 79 pts. :?
check what he has done since the all-star break http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketbal...3/23/waag_0324/
