T.O. is a moron. Always has been. Always will be. He makes Freddie Mitchell look like a Rhodes Scholar.

I can't see any team picking up TO after this. I would love to see him sit. Why would the Eagles keep him after all of this?

The Eagles will try to work things out with Owens because he is one of the two best WRs in the league when he's healthy. He does have great talent and that makes him too tempting to teams who are so close to winning a Championship. Cutting a idiot, like Freddie Mitchell, is easy. Mitchell hasn't done crap, except talk, since he's been in the league. Owens stats in one year almost match Mitchell's over the past four years except in TDs where Owens has three times as many TDs. I can't stand Owens, but he can play his position at an incredibly high level. It just remains to be seen if a team can survive his poisonous attitude long enough to win a Super Bowl.

The question really is "how far does talent take you?" I guess if TO gets his way then talent is king. There really isn't much a team won't do for a player of his calibur.

Send him to the Raiders for Jerry Porter... He and Randy Moss can destroy the entire team by fighting over who gets the ball!

I kind of thought this would happen after Coach Reid decided to skip a week of Spring Training. It's actually quite funny that TO would go after McNabb especially because he is the one that is passing to him. I'd thought he would blame one of the coaching staff but oh well, guess he doesn't want to get cut.

He went after Jeff Garcia a few yrs back. So much for not biting the hand that feeds you.

TO, with no help from anyone, has just proven that he is a certified jackass.

I just heard on ESPN radio(speculation of course) that Rosenhaus is trying to work a trade and the Eagles want a huge package for TO....I dont see how the league could allow that....just a year ago, the NFL stepped in a forced a trade in which the Eagles gave up almost nothing for TO....The Eagles gave up a 5th and Brandon Whiting....alos consider that because they didnt have to sign TO as a free agent, they got an extra compensation pick which tuened out to be a 3rd rounder....by the time they were done, they got TO and a 3rd for Brandon Whiting and a 5th.....thats not a steal, thats a rapage....I think the league made a huge error in thinking when they facilitated that trade....I dont see how they could stand by and watch the Eagle reap even more reward....

Not to lend any credibility to our friends from Georgia but they were right in stating that the league does favor some franchises.

How else would you explain philly getting away w/ trading TO as beef mentioned and they way the compensatory picks always seem to work out ? Still don't believe me? Look at the phins schedule from what seems like the beggining of time until 2003.
