No link.....per Sal at ESPN, the Eagles have won the case. TO's 4 game suspension stands, and he will be deactivated for the rest of the season. They can keep him away from practice, clubhouse, etc.

The question of the week has finally been answered.

Sources have told FOXSports.com that the Eagles have won on all counts of Terrell Owens' grievance hearing against the team. In a 38-page decision, arbitrator Richard Bloch upheld Owens' four-game suspension.
In addition, Bloch also ruled that the Eagles do not have to play the All-Pro receiver after the suspension.

The Eagles had considered releasing Owens if anything but a favorable decision came down.</div>

Here's the problem with this world. Why does it take a guy 38 pages to tell TO to go home?

    lol...

Hopefully that's the last we hear from TO until the off-season. Seems like every other day it's TO at the top of the headlines.

Unfortunately, I think you are going to hear about it all weekend, and then every time Philly loses for the rest of the season.

I believe the arbitrator was a Lawyer. I do know and he has had Redskins season tickets for some time.

Maybe I should concentrate on Baseball after I am a great set up man and a decent closer, too.

Sure if TO is a "cat" (or insert your own slang word for "cat" here), and the mess he's gotten himself into is the proverbial "tree".

Good thing there are no Rams fans here, I'd hate to explain that big word I used.

No our record while could have been effected by TO was not. the reason we did so bad this year was because of the stupid decisions in the offseason. Letting Ike reese go, Letting derrick buress go, letting corey simon go. It was just a bad offseason for the piladelphia eagles. hopefully this time around we can pick up some good defensive players becuase as of now our defense just cant cut the mustard.

Note that I didn't say that was the reason they would lose - we're just going to hear about it everytime they do though.
