3 years in a row, bust. The offense looks OK otherwise.

Anyone notice McNabb on the cover of SI last week? How bout how Chris Colinsworth blamed the Philly receivers on EVERY bad pass play! Does anyone see media bias in favor of the "Chosen One"?

It is somewhat true though, those WRs suck ass.....the Eagles should make every effort to sign Steve Smith during the offseason, hes a FA and would add an entirely different aspect to that offense...

Plug in any other quarterback and the Eagirls will still fail if they start Trash and Stinkston. There are high school DB's that could shut them down.

Ouch! Painful, but true. I would have to agree.

I feel bad for Dawk because I know it's hard to be the fan of a team that falls short every year, but I think it's kinda funny that he picked Carolina to go all the way back in August and ultimately it was the team he picked that eliminated his team.

    Oh the IRONY!

I was thinking about that on the drive into work. Being the oracle has to hurt. I will be listening to him a little closer next preseason. Hmm...if he placed a bet, that would be a lot of money to drown his sorrows in.

Late in the season, some of the Eagles players were talking about how they thought Terrell Owens would look good in an Eagles uniform. I bet he could put up some decent numbers for them.

Those receivers are pretty horrible. Trash had at least 4 drops. I wouldn't even be able to watch my team if they had receivers like that. I thought Mcnabb made alot of poor throws as well. The Offense of eh eagles just couldn't handle the Panthers.

Being that he is in his early teens, I doubt he put any bet down on the Panthers, but I know he's got a lot of pride. It shows in the fact that he's had a tough time coming back to this site after talkin' so much smack about how good the Eagles are. But like the rest of us, we'll pick up the pieces and start over again next year. Well, not the rest of us exactly, Pats37, Glenso1188, and crazybacon still have some celebrating to do.

A GOOD 1. i mean comeon, this guy has won a lot more with alot less than any1 in the history of sports.

Welcome back Dawk. I know you feel bad, and maybe its no consolation, but like SF said, besides two teams, there is no one that did any better than your team. Hold your head up.

For what its worth, most mock drafts have Philly taking a WR in the first round.

I say McNabb needs to lose 25 lbs. He's clearly overweight. Can anyone name a 250 lb QB that's played in a Super Bowl? I believe if he lost the 25 lbs he wouldn't be so injury prone.

And Dawk you need to know that Tom Brady has won more games in his first 51 starts than any QB in NFL history. Also he has won a Super Bowl and will likely win another in 11 days. I don't see any major stars on his offense. Why does Donavan "Fat" McNabb get all the press and endorsements? It makes no sense to me.

At least President Bush knows a true clean cut Superstar when he sees one. Tom Brady was his guest at last night's "State of the Union Address". It was excellent to see. Brady well go down in history with the All-time greats.

thrash and pinkston arent that bad, and there are no high school Dbs going to shut them down, tom brady is a fine qb but damn zackman why dont you propose the way your sucking his . . . anyway you may have to change you name to PATSman instead, and its not like they havent tried to get better at reciever they draft them every year. Maybe the problem is not just the receivers, maybe it is the Qb the WR the System and the Coaching. As for TO going to philly, NOT going to happen the biggest FA this group has signed was runyan and i dont think they will pony up big money and hurt the cap, ask whats his face in jacksonville

I would have to disagree with that....its before your time, but Archie Manning was a star QB on some of the most horrendous teams in the leagues history....Papa Manning had a marginal Hall Of Fame career and his teams had not talent ever!

"Damn Zackman why don't you propose the way you're sucking his Bearsfan. You may have to change your name to Patsman".

Hey "Dick" I'm just pointing out some facts about Brady and McNabb and you say I'm sucking Brady's "Bearsfan"? Name the other QB's in NFL history with 2 or more Super Bowl victories or how bout the other QB's who are undefeated in the playoffs! My point was why does McNabb get all the press and endorsements and Brady gets ZILCH!

    Afirmative Action!!!!

I can't believe I'm agreeing with you zackman but I am. Also Bearsfan has a problem with the pats for some reason so that is probably why he bashed you. Brady doesn't get the national endorsments and guys that have never won anything do. I have learned to ignore the way the NFL Pimps these attractive players but it does suck for the players that actually deserve the spotlight. Brady will just have to show up everyone and get his second ring in 2 years then he will have to be recognized.

You guys assume they are being dissed. Remember, there are some classy people that don't want their mug to be plastered everywhere. Maybe Brady is given some opportunity and just doesn't want it. I'm not saying that is the case, but it does happen. Think about it. There are a lot of big stars in the past 10-15 years that you didn't see on TV all the time.

That is an intresting point and while it may be true for somethings I doubt any QB in the NFL would turn down being the Face of the NFL the way McNabb and Vick have become. I can see them turning down some stuff but not commercials for the NFL or espn and that sort of thing.
