Well yeah, he's really good at his job and understands the industry thoroughly. This is why Ebert coined the term Tom Cruise Picture, the guy has a very strict and specific way to work, and everyone's got to be on board. All signs point to him being an intense and dedicated pro. He's almost 60 and still fit and doing stunt work. He has every right to go off like he did, seemingly, although the leak of it seems suspect.

    He's also a nut.

John Travolta could probably help him out if that's the case.

He could be an umpire in a movie.

I don’t think so. It actually earned him a fair amount of respect from people who aren’t otherwise fond of him (myself included). Best action move from Tom in years!

    ^ Agree,

I'm not a Tom Cruise fan. But he was right to bitch slap them with his purse.

'This was the final straw': 'Five Mission: Impossible crew members QUIT after Tom Cruise has ANOTHER rant on set following his fury about staff breaking COVID rules'
    • The actor, 58, reportedly ranted for second time after the first was made public
    • Five members of the crew are said to have quit the 'tense' production afterwards
    • First rant was reportedly sparked after staff stood less than two metres apart
    • It is thought to have happened during filming at Warner Bros. Studio, in the UK
    • It comes after filming was delayed earlier this year due to the Covid pandemic

I like Tom Cruise. He's a bit of an odd duck, but his films are usually worth paying to see, since he only gets the best projects to work on.

I would find hard to believe that the 14 people that tested positive on the set working on the movie were not vaccinated.
