Tony Romo will not come out and say he will for sure start Monday against Washington, but that is how the Dallas Cowboys quarterback is approaching the game. "I don't think we can say anything 100 percent right now," Romo said Friday. "It's just a matter of the day and keep getting better. I'm obviously planning mentally going out there, so we'll see."
